Mary Johnson Lowe (b. June 10, 1924, New York, NY, d. February 27, 1999, Las Vegas, NV) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Judge Lowe received a B.A. from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 1951, an LL.B. from Brooklyn Law School in 1954 and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 1955. She was nominated to the court by Jimmy Carter on May 10, 1978, to a seat vacated by John M. Cannella, confirmed by the United States Senate on June 23, 1978, and received her commission on June 27, 1978. She assumed senior status on July 27, 1991. Her service terminated on February 27, 1999, due to death.
